Canned Heat fue incluida en el cuarto álbum del grupo inglés Jamiroquai, con el nombre de Synkronized, y fue publicado en 1999. Si bien este disco tuvo menos aceptación que los anteriores, y recibió duras críticas por el cambio de estilo a algo entre el Funk y la música Electrónica, dio lugar a uno de sus singles más exitosos, este que os traemos hoy bajo el nombre de un tipo de combustible a base de alcohol llamado Canned Heat, altamente tóxico y que en ocasiones se utiliza para el consumo como bebida alcohólica.

El tema alcanzó el #4 en las listas de éxitos del Reino Unido y se ha convertido en una de las canciones estandarte del grupo de Inglaterra.
