Wonderwall fue incluida en el disco (What's the story) Morning Glory? publicado en 1995 por el grupo británico Oasis. Este album impulsó el éxito de la banda con 19 millones de copias vendidas en todo el mundo.

El single alcanzó el #2 en el ranking británico UK Singles Charts y fue su pasaporte al éxito en Estados Unidos, logrando un increible #8 en el US Hot 100 y manteniéndose en el #1 del US Modern Rock durante nada más y nada menos que 10 semanas.

Con una melodía pegadiza y una letra espléndida dentro de los tópicos de canciones Pop, además de una buena parte instrumental, que queda en más bien en segundo plano, estamos ante uno de los temas que todos deberíamos haber escuchado en la vida.
